Self Pay

For patients seeking to pay directly for care,  we offer fee-for-service pricing. Self-pay patients benefit from transparent pricing and no prior-authorization.

Office Visit Pricing:

​Initial Evaluation: $300

On-site Diagnostic X-ray: $100

Surgery Pricing:

Initial evaluation is required for surgery consideration. During your appointment, if the physician determines you are a surgical candidate, surgery pricing will be available.​​
